So guys now I am back with a tutorial on how to root your Samsung Galaxy S2.
This is the most simplest way you can find on the internet.
Note: This method will not brink your device in any case but still we does not take any responsibility.
So lets start.
- Download these files CWM For S2 , Root File For S2 and Unroot File For S2. Place them on your external SD card ( Not on internal one, else it wont work ).
- Then switch off your mobile.
- Now press "Volume Up" + "Home" + "Power Button" , press in the same sequence as it is written here.
- Dont leave the buttons until the samsung logo will disappear and an Android logo will appear.
- Now as you are in recovery mode.
- Select "Apply update from external storage".
- After that select CWM File downloaded from above link (in step 1) which has been placed on external sdcard.
- After that CWM recovery will load.
- Use "Volume Up" or " Volume Down" to toggle between different options and use " Power Button" to select an option.
- Select "Install Zip from sdcard" .
- In next step again select " Choose file from sdcard". Dont select "Apply sdcard/update.zip".
- Choose the Root File( If you want to root) or Unroot File ( If you want to unroot and take your mobile to service center) download from the above links from your sdcard.
- Then it will load some files and run some commands. After that select "Go Back".
- [Optional]Now select "wipe cache partition". Dont select "wipe data/factory reset".
- Then select "reboot system now".
- You are rooted/unrooted now.
